How much does it cost?
Click on the venues to view hire rates. There is a concession rate available for registered not-for-profit organisations and community groups.
Fed Square offers venue hire support to events who meet the following criteria:
- Community groups that can demonstrate financial hardship
- Socially significant events that can add value to Fed Square by enhancing the visitor experience or generating significant media attention
Applications for venue hire support must be received six months before the event date. Fed Square will advise applicants within four weeks regarding the success of their application. Please note that all decisions are at the discretion of Fed Square Management and are final.
Event booking process
Please read the step-by-step process for confirming your event booking. While we make every attempt to accommodate as many bookings on site as possible, we receive many more enquiries than we have space and resources available to accommodate, therefore we cannot accept every booking request that we receive. Fed Square reserves the right to decline bookings at its discretion, to ensure optimal balance and quality delivery of confirmed activities.
